I was born in this mountains in 1983 - in the village of TISSI - TANALT - my tribe is THE AIT SWAB TRIBES group . And the tower in TANALT you have seen was built by my moms grandfather . Thank so much for this episode.. I really miss my hometown 😢 that i haven't been since 2019 .

You are my animal guy, did not expect plant id, but i will take it. Lot of cool birds i failed to capture while driving. The car would spook them! Dodged a turtle crossing the road, and saw a few squirrel like creatures.

@@MorAcro I can live with animal guy. The bird at 8 something is a Barbary partridge. Somebody suggested Houbara Bustard and it would have been so cool if that were true, but Merzouga would be a better place for that bird, if you are very lucky. The squirrels are 99% sure Barbary ground squirrels and those turtles were 99% sure Spur-thighed tortoises, probably the Souss Valley tortoise, local subspecies. Love the video. Reminiscing on my roadtrip to Tafraout
