Your news made me cry. I am 73 yrs old. I lost my Mom on 21 May 2021. She asked me the same question. She past in her sleep around Noon. I wasn't with her when she past. She was moved from the house to a Rehab Center. She was there one week and a day. She was 94 yrs old. I think about her every day, and I will miss her until I leave this world. My sincere condolences on your loss. May she Rest in Peace. May our Lord and Savior bring you Peace in this sorrowful time.

I’ve been told it’s selfish to miss people once they go to Heaven, because they are in eternal bliss and we wish they were with us. But this is wrong, we don’t miss them because we’re selfish, we miss them because they brought joy, happiness, love, and kindness to our lives and those type of people are rare and special. She is in Glory! : ) I did good for a few weeks, then it got difficult. But it's day by day. Your holding together good brother., probably with a bit of editing! :)

Went over to the 3/4 filled 55 gal. barrel & spun it a barrels width away from the mixer & called out... reckon it could use another barrels width Boss? Boss threw his trowel about 2'' deep into his foot board & declared to me... Son your gonna make a fine bricklayer someday! You got a strong back & a weak mind! He taught me though. Every time I was caught up, he'd have me spread mortar & hand him brick. Other two helpers without the desire to become a glorified laborer, had to move a little faster, 'till about 2 houses later when the boss said stay with the mortar spreading; I can't afford to have you laboring & I hate doing window sills. Thoughtful entertainment keeping Abe Jones & John & Bob Wills memory alive. Amen to the prayer. If it weren't for His spent & Risen Life... none of ours would really matter.
