Morphoblaster | Mutant Busters (12-Minute Action Cartoon for Children!)

Sheriff's arm is mutating, and to stop it from spreading further, he's fitted with a "morphoblaster." This wristband halts the mutation, but continuously fires out scorching rays. The members of La Résistance try to get it under control. But in return, they find themselves getting toasted.
