1961 Morris Minor Traveller.
Adjusting the ride height is pretty straight forward on the Minor, well, when you remember which way is up and which is down!
Walk through of my front suspension height adjustment and while I'm in there I change the rubber bushes. Some bushes are still pretty good as I did change the top swivel (Trunion) not that long ago. However, I opt for a set of poly bushes to replace all.
This is a first for me, so I purchase a "budget" set and a "premium" set to see the difference.
I fit a set of "comfort" grade bushes supplied by www.pollybush.co.uk and have to say can feel the difference, so do recommend their product. There are cheaper on the market, but these did feel "premium" to me.
I will fit poly bushes to the rear in the next video.
Please remember, I am not a trained mechanic and what I do may not be the best / correct way but works for me. Videos are made as a guide of how I did it rather than a bible for others to follow.
Thanks for watching.
NOTE: I have since been advised the adjustment plate should be to the front of the cross member and not to the rear which is where I removed it. I will address in the next video.
