Visited my local cafe at Morrison’s knottingley today and it was disgusting, dirty tables, kitchen staff coming out without protective equipment and handling food. Tables not cleared of used plates etc. The tables were NOT cleaned when some one left and the plastic screens between the tables were covered in dirt. When the staff were confronted they just walked away and said the dirty tables were not to be used !!! THIS ADVERT IS A SHAM . Sort yourselves out Morrison’s

That would be for the customers and the staff's own safety and protection (together with hand sanitisers), due to the Virus. In our local Morrisons Cafe' they all wear face masks instead - unlike around the shop floor or on the Market st. counters. But they're still just as sensible and safe, like all of us having to wear them in supermarkets, shops and other places now. Any food service business/operation particularly, has to be Covid safe to open, under the latest government regulations and probably law.

Hey, can I have 10% off *MY* shopping bill like those NHS lackeys get? I don't earn their money, yet am expected to pay *full price* for mine! Look at all those not in work right now - don't they get special treatment? It seems you are favoring state stasi, but I want to know *WHO PAYS FOR THEIR 10% DISCOUNT?* Do the rest of us pay via higher prices? Like the queue-jumping for NHS workers practice at some supermarkets, this just creates hatred and division and lost customers.

What do you mean NHS "Lackeys" ? What's one of them? Maybe you've never had needed to use the NHS Hospital or Doctor's very professional services - nor anyone close to you? Otherwise you would have much respect for them and the excellent to briliant jobs they do in such trying, pressured circumstances.. Where were you when they highlighted them throughout the lockdown? They were risking their own safety and lives, treating many Covid-19 patients (at Hospitals or in Ambulances......), originally with not enough or good enough protective gear (ppe). Even in full ppe, it gets hot and uncomfortable for them after 4 hours or so continuously, with changing gloves, aprons or gowns (and sometimes masks) between every patient. So they deserve a lot of respect - that's why supermarkets (fellow key workers) gave them priority shopping hours early in the pandemic, with the unprecendented, demanding situation they had to work in. Remember the "Clap for carers" that was done for the NHS and key workers, for 10 Thursday evenings running?

@@Tony-H-Gos Government lackeys, then. A lot of unpleasant people in that organisation. The dancing was shameful and pretending to be saving lives in EMPTY HOSPITALS is the lowest of the low. Government are censoring them from telling the truth and they are going along with it. So much for the patients, who are now dying through lack of care.
