Love the guitar in this song. Mozzer's approach to singing this song is just heart-wrenching, yet uplifting at the same time. I kind of miss the way he sings in this song, it's very Smiths-esque.

That guitar intro is just lush - I only wished it lasted a bit longer. It's always strange how tracks as good as this (as well so many others of Morrissey's) just don't somehow seem to make it onto albums...

Both of these songs (with Lifeguard on duty) are so sweet , but perhaps thought too gay for release? Why else retract roy's keen from the album rerelease ?
