Could someone please explain to me. In no paperwork for Elastolock does it talk about the roll on mesh/fabric over the entire surface. My supplier informs me that this system is brush/roll on only and they do not carry the "Mesh". Then suddenly this additional video showing the additional step. Which is it please?
