This video got me to buy this game, and today I beat this challenge first try. Weapons were bone, garlic, mirage robe, pentagram, bible, and life sign scan Items were empty time, bracer, armor, attractor orb, duration book (can not remember the name) and duplicator. Arcana was the armor one that buffs garlic. Honestly you could probably do it with just bone, garlic and bible.

@@Sveerlax It's not the size that counts, it's how you use it, and this game flew entirely under my radar when it first came out. I find it funny how a game with admittedly very little gameplay is so absorbing. Probably in my top 3 favorite rogue likes alongside Slay the Spire and Darkest Dungeon.

@@fuzzythoughts8020 Yeah I never get bored of this game, there's always something to do! Slay the Spire is another one I want to try. I recently downloaded it and have been loving it so far!

@@Sveerlax The only flaw in Slay the Spire is that it doesn't have the mountains of unlockables to keep you coming back, and there are only 4 characters. But it is by far, still the best deck builder. If you haven't heard of Darkest Dungeon I definitely recommend, it's hard as balls but it's so well made and the narrator is so amazing that you keep playing just to see more crazy lovecraftian stuff.

when doing these challenges, is pentagram wiping the board ideal? I assumed attractorb would let you get the gems when maxxed out, or does it just depend on the character's base magnet?

Brilliant question! It's something I have always personally done, it just works for me. I'm sure there are others out there who do runs differently. However for me, it just seems to work :)

I think the fact that it clears the screen for the early few levels outweigh the small amount of exp lost that is out of reach
