I was at the show too. Im 41 now, was one year out of high school. Sadly my memory sucks. I was there for Morbid Angel. Had no idea who the other two bands were at the time. I remember little. I remember before MA came on, the whole place was growling. I remember David V. saying we were an energetic bunch. These vids bring back memories though faint. Still cant remember At The Gates for shit. So wondering if they even played? I have read at another show they only played 10 minutes or so for whatever reason. Damn that waz a long time ago.

To me Dissection was not just a death metal band like death but a "All the good things about metal band "😄Dissetion mixed all my favourite parts of metal be it melodic NWOBHM or traditionl heavy metal or thrash , Death, or black metal. How anyone can compare Dissection to the band Death is beyond me

@belphegor79 Morbid Angel and At the Gates. I don't remember much because it was so long ago. But I do remember Jon having a white Les Paul with gold hardware when he played in Dallas. I also remember the crowd stopping to pay attention to his solos. Most people there had never heard him.

I dont remember much either. I was there for Morbid Angel. I had no idea who Dissection was at the time. Do you remember if At The Gates even played that night? I remember this after seeing it, and remember Morbid some, but not ATG.
