HE'S BACK High Monk is probably my most used combat art against bosses and in general. Awesome video with peak commentary, keep it up!

I would use High Monk more often if it came with super armor but that final kick just gets interrupted so often and it pisses me off 🤣

Yeah so tip about one mind, you can dash to cancel the animation after the initial sheathe. Obviously it means that you won't do the final big slash but the flurry of attacks still goes through which allows you to spam it over and over, obviously it drains your spirit emblems but not when you have an infinite amount

Yes, I didn't do that vs Genichiro because he's one of the bosses that can't just tank through the flurry part so it's easy to get the whole attack off on him. It also feels bad to use only half the attack and still get charged the full amount of Emblems lol

I'll have to test. I want to say I've tried them all in the past and the armor on that move is fully unbreakable, but I can't remember for sure

You just have to do the regular Combat Art input (attack + block) while moving backwards, away from your locked-on target. It only works if you're locked on to an enemy

I was suprised when you said Floating Passage is mostly useless against bosses. I used it against literaly everything, and it never let me down.

Many, many bosses can just tank through it and hit you mid-attack. I've tried it against all of them and rarely found it useful

@@umbek Strange. I usually unleashed it as a combo against most bosses (except for the Monk). Tho to fully use it's power you need to be able to attack normaly as well, so it can be useless in a challenge like this.

If you jump before using MD or EMD, it'll do the full damage of EMF without needing to charge it
