This might literally be the best looking video game I've ever seen. In 4K, there were many times where I forgot I wasn't looking at real actors (especially Quan Chi, he looks photorealistic). Even the gameplay parts look less like CGI and more like the digitized actor scans they did in the original trilogy. If you showed this to people back in 1992, they wouldn't even question it.

I love the fact that Bi-Han and Kuai Liang’s brotherhood is more shown here, we have Bi-Han’s brash way of acting but Kuai Liang will always correct him slightly or in such a way to make it seem like what Bi-Han was saying was not disrespectful, and then the change from the betrayal makes it show their idea’s full fleshed out,, Bi-Han, always the best but wanted more power and more respect, and Kuai Liang, tradition holding, but gentle, who only wanted what was best, then theres Tomas, the one who wanted to make sure he had a place to go to.

Well if we think about it, in the previous timeline Mortal Kombat was given to the Lien Kuai (might’ve butchered that) but in the new one, Liu Kang didn’t let Sub-Zero enter the Tournament, meaning that all he knew what Earth and never got the chance to defend properly, Kuai Liang also was a nicer person than his brother who also saw more of reason then emotion, so that was a given.

Love it when all the good guys they worked together strongly. Always rewatching those chapters like 6, 7, 11 and 12.
