Yeah we clearly can see the difference of their experience of battle. Omni Man is fighting someone with his own level of power and even stronger opponent so he will going full super speed at you, he will tried to one shots you, throwing city, sends you to space you name it, While Homelander is never had such opponent everyone is just weak so he will just flying around slowly, if he doesn't like you he will just using his laser, and probably just break your neck, no need for full speed, and some hardcore way of killing like Omni Man.

In the MK universe they are both equals, it's not inaccurate to the lore. In the ending scene for Homelander, he travels to the MK universe and kills everyone. He even takes on the whole US Military, and presumably kills all of the supes.

Though it's probably still a lot closer than people think considering some supes of The Boys like Soldier Boy and A-Train straight up react to light in real time, and Homelander is faster than them. Omni-Man doesn't have that kind of speed in combat, only in space where he can accumulate it endlessly. He struggled with Red Rush, who's mach 1, much slower than even A-Train.

@@LightninLewis non canon. This Homelander doesn’t exist & solely is here for the player to see after he/she defeats the *arcade mode* tower. I.E you can pick any of these characters to win. So it’s mainly all about what each character thinks in their head in their endings. Not only do these NRS endings have moments that completely contradict the lore. Like mileena killing Shao Kahn in mk9. Or Leatherface killing Cassie cage. Despite the power indifferences here. But this ending was well written. Just non canon. If you prime these characters up. Omni and MK defeat Homelander.

both omni man and homelander are confirmed to be able to kill liu kang. never understood how people thought he could beat them. he lost to a regular sindel and he had help to fight her. he without powers is not strong.

This is Homelanders non canon ending. Evil characters, especially DLC kill & dominante many characters including MC’s regardless of powers in the story, contrary to their ending. Seems to be NRS tradition far back as MK9. 😂 Losing to sindel, who isn’t a slouch. Was also liu before as he was as strong as he was. Even if we say this ending happened. Out the whole roster. Liu also nerfed himself. He stated he was less powerful as his work was done to create the universe. In reality Liu is still alive and able to defeat Homelander & omni man. Especially Including the canon one we seen in intro to mortal kombat 1. Where he erased universes. Sorry I wrote a novel, but I hope this helps on why people say this. Nrs endings are different from more older fighting games where arcade endings were sometimes canon. Like older street fighter.
