Many Mortal Kombat characters hold grudge against rival clans for crimes they have committed against them at some point in the past. In this video, I assembled those instances where fighters refuse to forgive mistakes other characters made in the past.

Man i hate how dirty they did Bi-Han in in the new storyline, dude's been a slave to Quan Chi and Shinnok for how fucking long (he claims to have his motives but hasn't done shit with that lmao), he seriously had very little backstory other than being the first Sub Zero and being really brutal, since he's said to have killed many people in his time, he's just all design (he's a badass looking ninja who controls shadows, who doesn't love that) and no lore, they could have done a lot with him and the concept of revenants being healed, or at least not made him a complete pushover in the story mode

Beef Tips Well If You Played MK9 you would know but here’s what happened: So on Chapter 3, You play as Scorpion and during the tournament he keeps asking Shang Tsung where the Heck is Sub-Zero(In this case, Bi-Han) Who(Presumably) murdered His Family Sub-Zero(Bi-Han) Finally encounters scorpion so Scorpion Drags him down to The Netherrealm where He and him fight(You Fight) after defeating him, he spares him Cuz he heard from Raiden that he should Spare Bi-Han From His visions. Quran Chi arrives at the Realm. Tells Scorpion to finish him. He says no but Quan Chi shows him What Happened To Harumi(His wife) and Satoshi(their child) turns out, he made it look like Bi-Han killed him and Although Bi-Han Denies it, Scorpion takes off his skin, Revealing a Flaming skull. Scene switches back at Outworld. Scorpion returns from The Netherrealm In His Hand, the skull from Sub-Zero(Bi-Han) he drops it, It gets smashed when it hits the ground. A Few chapters later You Finally get to play sub-Zero(In this case, Grandmaster Kuai Liang) he sees Sonya and Jax Where Sonya(Stunned) thought that He Died. A few moments Later, Kuai Liang Finally sees what happened to Bi-Han(Who is Now Noob Saibot) And he was serving the Dark forces. EDIT: Forgot to Mention MKX, Here’s what really happened with Hanzo’s murders of his wife and daughter So on MKX. You play as Scorpion(Master Hanzo Hasashi) In one chapter(Unmasked) he travels to the Lin Kuei Temple to meet Up with Kuai Liang(Sub-Zero) he set up a Table And was making Green tea, Talking to Hasashi about peace between him and Himself. Hanzo Demanded his Blood for murdering his wife and daughter but Liang denies it. As they were Both drinking Tea, Frost makes her first appearance and attacks Hasashi and he fights sub Zero(You Fight). A few moments later, He and Hanzo we’re walking and sub zero showed him something. It wasn’t him who murdered his family. It was Quan Chi Telling Sektor to burn down the Shirai Ryu village and kill both his wife and daughter. So he and Sub zero eventually became allies.

Noob: I should have glad that you killed Hanzo. D'Vorah: Then why attack me? Noob: His life was mine to claim. I mean it would've been too sense if Scorpion's fitting death would be by the hands of Noob Saibot. The original Sub-Zero, being killed by Scorpion's blinded rage despite Noob didn't killed his family, but Quan Chi did killed Scorpion's family. In all fairness Bi-Han was still complicit in their deaths. He went along with sektor's and Quan chis plan to kill his family.
