For me the gear system in InJustice is the game changer. Basically allows you to create you’re own unique character build.

@@jelly442 yeah injustice gear system is better, with Mk11 it’s more wack ngl, the clothes in the game are just recolored, I get u can change the their weapons but it only gives 3 options to change feature of your charcter while injustice gives u more options to change characters. The only thing mk has more of is changing moves but when they couldn’t nail that one down.

I have both MK11 and Injustice 2 with all DLC, To be honest as much I more of DC fan more than Mortal kombat fan, I honestly rather pick MK11 over Injustice 2 🤷‍♂️ just my opinion, I even like Joker in Mk11 more than Injustice 2

mk and injustice are both equal its just that injustice is a better sequel than mk11 Injustice has more costume designing options Unlike MK11,Injustice had better character development (gameplay wise).The DLC in mk11 felt rushed especially Mileena. The boss in MK11 is just so poorly executed. The plot of Kronika made 0 sense as to why she needs to have the "perfect timeline" but still does not have it after trying a 1000 times

I have both ( full games all dlc and fighters) from day one (almost) : Let me put it this way : MK 11 - more about martial arts , gore and very brutal and violent Injustice 2 - superhero fighting , superpowers , flying, lasers , magics So depends what do u like more , superhero magic fights ? Or martial arts brutal deadly fighting with also some magic powers ? I like more mk11 because it's focus more on the real martial arts moves , and it's really fucking brutal and violent , but also like the superhero fighting style of the injustice game , so imo get the both game PS NO they cannot smash together mk and injustice because they are different type of fighting

When I was 13 years old I got MK9 but was warned by my parents to turn off blood and gore or I couldn’t play it. I played it a while with it off and then turned it on and the game became better instantly. It’s not the same with the blood and gore off,and blood and gore is what makes Mortal Kombat unique from other fighters. Today Mortal Kombat has achieved what it wanted to look like in the 90s,with MK11. They used rendered DK Country animations to make the fighters and backgrounds look more real. In that time and even today the Mortal Kombat games are among others criticized for gun violence and so on. Back then people tried to ban Nether Realm or Midway as it was called then. The company trolled the people trying to ban the game,by making MK2 more bloody! Of course many were drawn to the games and the news people and parents finally shut up!

@darwish mysedanfx Just understand a lot of people play Mortal Kombat for the blood and gore. The fatalities (long sequence kills) and the brutalities (fast sequence kills) are so much fun to watch. However MK11 is a very Klassic old time experience. They really reverted back to the old clunkiness of the originals which isn’t bad if you played the original MKS. If you’ve been more akin to Street Fighter or other fast paced fighters. Just know to be patient with the gameplay,and you’ll have fun. It took time getting used to that old style of gameplay after playing the faster gameplay of MK9 and even faster MKX. Both were very addictive games,but they also lacked some features. MK11 has a lot to do,and the gameplay is a little slow,but still great,as you can actually feel the punches,and this is without the vibration on! More stages some from older titles. Some from MK9,MK1,MK2,and MK Deception. Then the Customization and variations return,and I don’t think any guy and any boy ever thought playing dress up with your characters would ever be fun, but it is! You start off with the default skins,but this can be changed with Towers Of Time! This is also the negative as you’ll have to deal with modifiers. The great thing is playing arcade and scavenging The Krypt will give you enough of your own modifiers to get through the really tough ones. These Towers give you a couple of rare costumes,but if you want more you’ll have to play the character towers. Just for the one character you can unlock several costumes,three different intros and victories,and eight different brutalities. There are conditions to this as you will have to keep blood and gore on,as conditions can range from fatalities,brutalities,the number of blood spilt which is just fatalities ever match,and green tokens that are rewards from The Krypt. Of course this is all completely optional,and you can just play arcade,coop or online. My suggestion start with MKXL as you can run free,and it’s very simple to learn. MKXL has 4 other costumes for each character except DLCS. Though that doesn’t seem like a lot,you can switch colors or change the design of those costumes by start on the highlighted costume. Every character in MKXL also has 3 different variations to learn to play. Whatever game you choose they’re both great games.🤗
