It's so sad how Sheeva's been always bad competitively despite having one of the most damaging combos (in most games), like in this one her biggest issue is that her hand-to-hand stance has the boss animation meaning her sidesteps and side-blocking is slow in that stance (unlike her weapon stance), which is why most Sheeva players always go to her weapon stance right away.
