The MKX roster is pretty massive as it is at this point and you think every character should have a unique chestburster ending? Imagine the work that would have to be done and you'd probably want it free. They took the time to do this with most of them for the brutality. Hold different directions, buttons for all the characters and figure it out. Alien baby brutality secret variations I know so far. Jason- hold down during the animation Raiden- hold back Kung Lao- hold up Sub zero - hold Y Erron black- hold up (I think) Holding down on everyone seems to make the chestburster scurry away from the cavity instead of just sitting in it.

As I'm sure anyone who watched this knows this much; the Xenomorphs have a two stage reproductive cycle, the queen lays an egg and a face hugger hatches, the face hugger being a mobile method of laying the real egg inside a host so that the embryo can absorb the DNA and dominate genes of its host so that it can evolve into an even deadlier creature. As disappointing as it is to see hardly any unique chestbursters theres a few good reasons as to why that is, most likely being time constraints as well as unnecessary space taken up by extra models, or possibly that some of those working on the dlc simply didn't know that was one of their abilities
