Also a recommendation you should totally take the characters you are giving tutorials on and you should take them into one online match or a prerecorded match and talk about the gameplay online.

Hey Super! I really enjoy your vids and I like the training videos you are contributing! You give many professional tips to the game, it also makes the game a whole lot funner when you're playing someone challenging. That's why I recommend your videos to everyone learning how to play MKX.. Well just wanted to give some honest feedback to you I hope you read my comment bro lol. I think you got all of scorpions training on point you just forgot to cover 1 important move that scorpion has which is the unblockable (db2). Also the good mid string scorpion uses which is his b121 which makes a hard knock down which you can use db2 (ex) which makes it inescapable. I like to use that combo when I can afford the meter but it's pretty useful to know!

The numbers represent the button in which you are pressing, for PS4 1/square, 2/triangle, 3/X, 4/Circle..as if you're reading the buttons left to right top to bottom...

A punish is basically if you block an opponents attack, and use a move that has frame advantage to hit them immediately afterwards, before they are able to move/block etc, thus opening them up into a "full combo punish"..this is why its crucial to learn frame data, and what moves will punish other moves "on block"..

Armor, is basically "beefing up" certain attacks so they will "punch thru" attacks by your opponent, you will have to use 1 bar of meter to add armor to moves (or EX them) and not all moves can have armor, and your character will flash for a second when you activate armor. Wakeups are basically just what the name says, a move that you input just as you are getting up after a hard knockdown. The best wakeup moves have fast start up frames and can be meter burned (armor) thus allowing you to "punch thru" an attack your opponent is attempting to use on you. And anti-airs are just that..a move which basically is used to keep an opponent from jumping in on you or over you..I hope this helped some..Now enjoy some MKX!! Keep this game alive!!!!

If Cyrax chucks a net at you right in front of you and you block it. Basically pressing any button afterwards is a punish as the other player is suffering from end lag leaving him right open for a punish.

Really annoying combo for scorpion I use is using square a bunch of times, use the spear, then use the swords, it’s a really annoying combo if your able to do it

Something that I don't understand is why his takedown is so horribly unsafe both on block and whiff. It doesn't start a combo or anything like that. Erron Black has a similar move (maybe just slightly slower) and it's very hard to punish. Go figure.

Okay, so Im 3 years late but got the game on sale and was looking for tips.
