I theorized that Possessed Jade made her see Kitana as the Queen of Edenia to make her focus her anger on Raiden. Probably only a revenant can kill another revenant. Once Kitana succeeds her new Successor, "the Possessed Jade", on killing Raiden. She will take the Amulet to her. Bringing the mysterious woman into existence. She seems like she's starting a rebellion with Kitana, Jade, & Mileena (possibly; D'vorah killed her (D'vorah is originally allied with Quan Chi)). I think the Mysterious Woman will be the bad girl in the next game, not the Dark Rulers of the Neatherrealm. The Woman watched the whole Mortal Kombat for centuries. She's aware of what's going on so I'm sure her prize is the Amulet that Raiden possesses.

I will try to guide you guys through getting the Revenant Costumes but it is how most other people got them so don't take my word on it 100% but give it a try Kung Lao: Win 30 King of The Hill Matches, and it isn't confirmed if you need to be on a streak but I didn't go on a streak and still got it so give that a try. Jax: Reaching level 7 in Flawless Victories ( Go to Extras and Offline Kombat History and Scroll to the far right) and to make it easier for yourself go to Kustom Kombat go against super easy A.I. and put the danger modifier on your opponent but if you don't have the danger modifier then put on Turbo Kombat for yourself only and then keep doing this till you get the costume Sub-Zero: Go to the Test Your Might tower and you have to beat it. Kitana (Regular): Go to Klassic King of the Hill and you have to give matches +10 respect 25 times you can also go AFK and skip fighting so you can continue giving respect points or you can get 250 yourself and it must be in one lobby only. Kitana (Empress): You must complete 2 separate hourly towers getting a gold with Kitana 'Suggest you do them back to back and you have to do fatalities and complete Dragon Challenges' Liu Kang (Emperor): Complete the Tower Challenge 10x it is only about 2-5 opponents and it doesn't matter who you pick just use someone you are use to playing

I can totally see Kitana's ending being canon, if not a main focus for MK11. Raiden has gone on his crusade to ensure Earthrealm's safety. Liu Kang has agreed to be complacent to Raiden and develop a truce with NE there almost and Earthrealm. Kitana has her visions and realizes Raiden is the problem and goes back on the truce.
