Little suggestion on tarsus : when in phase 2 he begin to swing his sword around for the icy blast, go stick to him and harden yourself. keep harden button pressed and while u still get no damage at his animation's end u'll have plenty of time (3-4 hits) to attack him too

Aside from the last boss, can't say the other battles were interesting save for the horrific concept of The Twiceborn. Now, if the game's bosses were all as creepy as The Unchained I would be singing a different tune. That was equally the stuff of nightmares and creatively inspiring on many levels, so kudos to the devs for leaving the best till last.

To be honest I quite liked First Martyr Tarsus' boss battle. The concept of a ghost in the icy mist that strikes unseen was very cool, especially since the only thing you could do to predict the attack is stay silent and listen for the cresking of the ice and the metallic swoosh of the blade. If they'd done more moves like that I would've been happier. But I loved the game nonetheless.

The are only intimidating on a first play through then after words you realize how easy and predictable they are especially since they are far slower than any dark souls bosses and don't have a lot of moves to deal with. Also you can bait them very easily in this game to get them to do a certain attack so you can parry or punish. This game is only 30$ though and was made by like 10-15 person team so for what it is it's amazing.

Just finished the game and I felt like the game ended too soon. Not enough bosses but I do like the mechanics of the game. Game is not really challenging late game and the enemies tend to be predictable. The only dungeon that I feel changed up the difficulty was the stone castle with the arena changing and enemy variety. Might try without the parry seal being picked up.
