"What difference does it make what master we serve, when we serve all the same?" Is a great line. Reminds me of "It doesn't matter if your chain is 6 feet or 100 feet the fact remains the same, you're still bound by chains".

From what gather. Harros was a knight about to executed. By swearing loyalty to some Queen he was spared and given the mission to kill one of revered who he initially deems as a false good. The video nicely describes his next encounters with brigands and a mysterious priest. The priest could be Solomon. When he finally sets eyes on the revered he's unable to execute his mission and perhaps changes his loyalty. He probably witnessed the birth of the foundling.

So Harros was tasked to kill a revered and he failed? Also it says the mother and the child. Maybe the mother is that structure we can see in every temple, and the child is an unborn like us. We basically were born but the others in the temple don't. In case of the ice temple,it seems like something went wrong cause that skeletal figure that contains the Immaculate ( ice unborn) seems dead and Tarsus pray for the revered to finaly be born. The others estructures seems pretty alive and our structure would be the skeletal figure in Fallgrim and is dead because we already were born.

The Epic of Gilgamesh in Sumerian by Peter Pringle was NOT what I was expecting here. Undeniable synchronicity and I'm dumbstruck.

haha very good catch, you might be the only person who caught that. Also I'm very entertained reading through your comments as you go through the series. Best of luck with the final boss if you haven't beaten it already.

@@_robo It's a song that finds me more often than I find it and.. Yeah... What is there as can be said about that without labeling myself as Tar Mad, right? As soon as I heard those haunting opening chords I was absolutely floored. Your musical taste not withstanding and not to sound like a fan boy I would like to say that you're gift for telling stories is legendary tier, Brother. I'm absolutely stoked to catch up on your content and see where else you go. Cheers!

@@zacharywimer6708 Unfortunately I haven't really been as inspired by any other recent game as I was with Mortal Shell. I'm hoping that'll change with elden ring around the corner. I'm also sort of playing around with the idea of tying in other media into this channel. I have a lot of ideas but not enough time! Anyway thanks a lot for the kind words.

Glad you explained the Solomon Harros relationship, or lack thereof. I came to the conclusion that Solomon was a mad man and lead Harros to kill him because solomon believed it was his destiny. And that the foundling was prophesied, and would need Solomon's body.

I think Harros ultimately did what he was meant to do, and he slayed a Revered mother, but succumbed to wounds afterwards, and we find him right near the place of our "birth".

Having the recollection of death be the second works as that can be the inciting moment of his eventual death.

I dont think the creature born by that revered is the foundling. Reasons: 1.Shes still alive. 2.Theres a noc in the seat if infinity that doesnt like you talking to him shellless because of what the generation before you did. 3.The foundling is also called the unborn and has to be transported out of haderns limbo by a wormfish. Hes probably a child of that revered, but before he could be born something went wrong and he was stuck in haderns limbo.
