There's a cover image. It reminds me of both the soldiers in the movie Daybreakers, and of the poor, condemned vampiric prisoners that those soldiers lead on a single-file chain out into the sun as execution, harsh. As with that movie, vampires in general, overall, can't be “good guys” due to their very nature as vampires. “Twilight” (shame on women) and Robert Pattison have always had my open invitation to take a one-way trip to Hell. Plans for Harker...that can't be wise, to allow him time to recover and escape, rather than eliminating him immediately. At this point, though, I personally don't feel the vampires nor the humans are tending towards either the protagonists or the antagonists. Are subversive narrative undertones intended, for us readers as humans to question whether the living blood-imbibing, altered-human monsters - no matter how fictional - are overall, somehow, more appealing to worthiness of existence than our imperfect, human (and REAL WORLD) selves? If so, the writer can go accompany Robert Pattison and Twilight on that trip I mentioned above. Oh, and thanks for your shout-out, my friend. My pleasure. Hey, yeah - Mignola. I was thinking, this art style looks like Crusader's style...though, with this series' subject matter's approach, that style is no Mike Mignola. Which I feel this should be, instead. That this is published by Dark Horse, is beside the point. Maybe this style is attempting a similar effect as Mignola's. That background noise around 13:10 in your video was coincidentally timed well for the scene you were covering in the book; Renfield's sneaking and spying. No idea what's going on with the three women and Harker at the end. I hope this wasn't planned to continue in a volume 2. We'll find out with the next and final one. Interesting premise that's held up so far. Thanks for bringin' it out into the sunlight, Daywalker Marinus! Watch out for 'suckheads' and have a fine day!

Very Mike Mignola -esq :p. Man i have seen that movie 3 times now. Its so much fun Wahta spin on the Vam,pire genre :D. Ughh don't remind me of Twillight. They ruined the vampire mythos. I remember shows like True blood and Vampire Diaries coming out and bending all the rules about vampires because of that stupid movie. Still pisses me off.... Exactly. No sympathy for nether of them. They have to deliver in the end. Damn i hope so. You're welcome brother!! ow yeah Crusader also come to mind. Very nice! Hahhaha i jumped a bit. Something was falling outside. I have the door open and i locked it with a broom but i guess it fell because of the wind 😄. I think...the 3 brides are torturing them instead of seducing Harker (like in the movies. Everything is reversed). If the toine and atmosphre is the same i would'nt mind a second Volume. Indeed i hope it can deliver,Mike.
