Him and I climbed a fair chunk this set, with it being my first set as well (and I havent played LoL either). I've gone from S4 to E3 (currently) and he was at... G2 or 3 I think to start and is right there with me. His quote around this vod (14.17) was like "I have friends that hit plat last year and are still in plat. Climbing 1200 LP in a set is not normally." And he's gained like 800 while I'm at like 1300 and just sorta wanted to show off the quote cause we both struggle with low self esteem. Like "see? Even Boxbox thinks we're nuts" lmao. Really I should be the one skimming, but can't bring myself to watch the outdated games. Plus time and life and all that too

Im playing quite a lot of hyperrolls and I feel like this set is bad, the 1 and 2 cost carries shouldnt be the main target in the game and in the 3400 hyperpoints elo its just in every game. And thats pretty effective

Nah he's wrong about this set being 3rd best. It's not worst set by far but it's no where near top 3. The charms and just the amount of bugs and unbalanced units make this set just awful

I am for real going to miss the charm mechanic when they swap to a different set theme and I hope they keep it in some form This set is fucking great, especially when you can actually go back to an older set to compare it too right now. I can't believe how much bullshit CC and burst damage used to exist in this game. It was great for a power fantasy when you went top 3 but it just made playing from a losing position a nightmare.
