Just got into tft. Any tips to improve? I've been able to get top 4. But never enough to actually win, a couple of top 2, but it seems like i fall apart at the end. I do well early, but mid is starting to shake, but endgame i just seem to suck

econ after hitting stable board in stage 4 and then figure out what your win condition is. Is it push levels for extra units (particularly useful for chase traits like 10 rebel), or go for a 3* 4 cost. This is a simplistic way of explaining it but the key point is look at your position and decide what is your win condition and the best way to achieve it.

another way is to look at your opponent win conditions, how close they are to it and you can deny them of it.

@@Imp642 Yeah! For example: of each 4 cost, there are only 10 in the pool and you need 9 for 3 star. If you buy 2 for example Twitches and enemy needs a Twitch, they won't be able to find it in the shop.

Bro reddit has very excellent guides that goes in depth and explains the 3 main factors that helps you win. Just google it and you will find old guides but essentially its not gonna matter as long as you understand the basic 3 elements of the game which is econ, tempo and the item system I believe.

you bro so there is a bug on quality over quantity augment so I got a soujin on my silco making it a radiant shojin because of the augment . later the game i got a radiant shojin from the lucky egg . when i put the radiant shojin over silco both of shojin lost the radiant effect even removing the shojin i didn't get my radiant shojin back

It makes sense it would be around the same. There’s not THAT many situations where you guarantee the next augment will be gold (prismatic) and as it’s been said the jump between silver and gold often doesn’t make it feel the most worth it? Like gold to prismatic and has been enough of the difference to win me lobbys. But silver to gold is meh. The augments a lot of fun and never really feels bad to take which is great. Considering that most augments with a “drawback” can end up feeling bad even in a optimized situation. It’s never “oh I got a bad prismatic stupid power up” or something you just blame the rng of the roll but you still like you got that upgraded augment.
