I agree, Horizon Focus 30% *MAX HP* on stun is insane. maybe tone down the number a bit or just changes it to 30% *CURRENT HP* so it only strikes hard on the first ult and then get weaker overtime. *BUT* The fact that you win against 6 Porcelain and 6 Invoker Lux with perfect items only using Blighted Jewel Teemo DPS doesn't that make Blighted Jewel even more broken than Horizon Focus tho?

@@castiel1115 But the Porcelain and Invoker guys had to hit multiple corresponding Emblem and a Legendary. The fact that Morg beat that with just a single DPS which is Teemo is kinda broken no? I mean, denying an entire completed item on multiple units IS broken.

@@castiel1115 The problem with Blighted Gem is that the possibility of reducing an entire board units MR to 0 making every magic damage from every AP unit becomes true damages to the entire enemy board. With Horizon Focus your only concern is the wielder. With Blighted Gem your concern is *every* AP units that enemy have doing true damages.

Played 7 fortune yesterday at 3-2 and got to 3 star Irelia, azir and hwei. I wish I was recording it, I was so over stimulated by the amount of gold/items/ rerolling lol

How the hell unit bag works, more often than not there is 2-4 people playing the same comp and they 2-3 star units faster than those who play uncontosted comps? Its insane, its supposed to be harder for them to find the same units but doesnt seem to be.

Just played my favorite augment: Built different. First carousel: adds spat to each champ. Guess I'll play with a huge disadvantage, but augment is still strong, so if I get lucky I can still get a top 4. Late game: Adds a Wukong to my team for THREE rounds. 2 traits become active to my main frontline (Diana) and itemized carry (Soraka). I can't bench him or sell him. Finish 6th. Thanks Rito.

Hey Mort I am sad. I was playing a match I had 7Spell weaver on the board after obtaining a champion after the third carousel, I had a full bench after consolidating my board my Kayle suddenly disappeared and never reappeared after the rest of the game. I was playing a match with 7spellWeaver with no kayle. I literally was watching my match go down the drain. Did I do something wrong..? I’m so bummed. I barely win playing this game and I feel so deflated

Why was Teemo glowing white near the end?

He mentioned somewhere in the video. An animation is supposed to appear when the mana regen portion of that Artifact occurs. Unfortunately the animation was bugged and it only shows a white square. This is the PTB so some bugs are bound to occur.

He explained in the video, it's a visual effect bug. It's supposed to display an effect to show that the Blighted Jewel has reduced enemy MR to 0 so the user is gaining large amounts of mana per second instead.

What a terrific idea... Lets get champions that are already annoying af with their stun and give them an idea that gives them fixed 30% health damage no matter how tanky your champion is... Then lets give it to Lux that stuns multiple targets and have backline access... Are you guys seriously looking for more creative ways to make the game more UNFUN?
