Glad you didn't the same mistake as last time, when you almost drop your gear into water when photographing a dipper :) I was so inspired by this video, that i made my own groundpod and i was luck to find kingfishers burrow and yesterday i had the best time with this bird when shooting photos. I've made my first youtube video, where i also end with heavy rain and soaked clothes, but it was worth it :) Morten, you are my role model - such an inspiring person. Greetings from Poland, Morten

Never miss one of your posts, Morten. They are always just like being there with you. Brings back so many of my experiences from my younger days. And your little buddy, Bjorn. I just love him. He is always so happy to be out with you. I understand he is 13 years old now but he seems to be going well. Enjoy every minute you can with him. My little camp and photography buddy stayed with me for 14 years. She has been gone for ten years now and I still miss her. I'mm looking forward to your next outdoor experience.

Another wonderful video Morten. I always learn something. Just looking at the little Dipper, you wouldn't think it would be such a water fowl. It's feet, beak and shape says nothing that it likes to be in the water as it does. I enjoyed listening to your thinking about how you can do things differently. Thank you for sharing. Really enjoy you videos.

Hello Morten, finally some content from you again. It's just nice to see how you celebrate your way of photography, your enthusiasm for nature and the animals, a coffee or tea is of course a must and your explanations of animal behavior are worth their weight in gold. You immediately make me want to grab my camera and lens and go out into nature, even though I was already out with my camera and my dog for 2 hours this morning. Thank you so much. Best wishes Michael

Hey Morten, what a wonderful, relaxing and inspiring video! I already watched it like 5 times to be honest! It somehow reminded me of your older films from 3-4 years ago and I really love it. As a longtime follower I would love to ask you for one thing - it would be so lovely if you could still implement some of the music you used in your older videos. Those older tracks really complimented your films so well and they are so close to my heart. I often go back to your older films just to watch you wandering around the forest with a camera and listen to those wonderful, peaceful tracks, you certainly know what I mean 😊 I love that simplicity. I wish you all the best and thank you for another great story! I believe there are many ahead! 😊

Hey Morten! what you are doing as a one men crew is truly incredible. I am 55 years old and more ore less doing photograpghy all my life, since the film era - taking photos and developing in my bathroom adapted as a darkroom. I discovered your channel few years back and found it over inspiring. 5 years ago I couldn't not tell the difference between deer and roe deer, and now you can see me running with my camera over various wetlands - this is how I prefer to spend my free time now, and I'm truly amazed how beautiful wild world is. The wildlife photography became my new passion since not so long time ago - thanks to the equipment available I am able to see and feel more than before in the film days. I think of it as a never-ending adventure, and I'm so happy to discover that and be able to enjoy that everyday being so close to the nature. Every day spending in the wild with the camera is a good day. I really like your humble approach to the wildlife, and never-ending passion you possess. Because of your inspiration, me and my friend d Adam we decided to make a wildlife channel in Poland. Thank you for being such an inspiration, and hopefully see you one day in the field. Stay safe, Roman

What a nice surprise! I just came home from a little hike in the forest with my dogs. And I saw the dipper for the first time this year. It's the first time I've been near open water. We still have a lot of snow here in Rauland, Norway. I saw five different water birds on this short hike. The dipper was too far away to film with my mobile phone. :)
