sir, will the total amount vary with the price of the property? Say again for a 50L property, I put down 10L and took out a mortgage for the rest. Before the complete repayment if the price of property raises by 20L( now property is worth 70L). Total amount will remain the same or not? Another question is if I have a mortgage backed by security, say share of some company X and how will the payment vary if my share's price rises or falls suddenly? what if, my shares covers the whole price themselves with time?
