Melissa, Ah of course the Escrow Statement. Ours is coming in December. I have an envelope for that. I try to anticipate if there's a shortage. I will recycle the money into somewhere else if it's not needed. Yay, I love watching you color in those blocks. Always cheering for you.

Melissa, I am almost done with my 2025 budget just working on setting up 2025 sinking fund goals! Delaware taxes are pretty low, but we have had major development around us…our taxes are lower than the new construction and I don’t want to bring too much attention to that🤣🤣 we are looking for cheaper homeowners’ insurance…we haven’t done that in over 10 years…great points!!!
