That’s a great idea, Donna… I never thought about paying extra to my escrow throughout the year… I’m definitely gonna consider that for 2025 because they reassessed all the properties in our area so everybody is respectively in the taxes are about to take a huge jump!! @@BudgetStuffSaveRepeat our welcome Melissa. Here in FL. If you over pay your escrow they send you a check and the end of the year. We deposit it to our account and send that amount back to them for the escrow. Our mortgage payments do go up but not much. since we been paying extra to the escrow. Hi Karen… yes this tracking system is working for me… of course I have other ways to track off camera… I use the amortization sheet and my spreadsheets and Excel!! it does get a little cumbersome because the numbers are so large, but I couldn’t come up with a better method, especially since I am only showing this once a month!!! I’m very interested to see what you come up with, and I can’t wait to follow your journey too!! I greatly appreciate you being here!!!
