Did y’all celebrate the milestone of being under 100K? Hubby and I do little celebrations for every 10K down, but we did bigger celebrations for getting under 100K and again at 50K. Currently at 30K, planning payoff early next year, and that will be the biggest celebration! 🎉 🎈🎉🎈

Yeah a very different situation! I refinanced to get a low rate so I was pretty lucky on timing.
