I must let you know and everyone else that your videos helped me to learn more than any class I took. I listened, watched, and took notes daily until I took my exam. I did this while getting ready for work and in the car also. Your videos helped me more than anything or anyone else’s videos!

Hello, I was listening to u on my walk today cover these terms. I have the Dearborn textbooks that were used in my 40 course, and neither one covers Mortgagee in Possession and Assignment of Rents!!! What THE HECK is going on with these exams?! 🤯Thank you for covering this!🤘

That's a great question... the authors of the books know about whats on the test as much as we do and through speaking with students is how they make updates to their textbooks. This was something that I started hearing from test takers so I thought I'd do a video on it :o)

Can you add terms designated agency, arrears, modular construction, debit or credit to seller or buyer. These terms was on the exam.
