ST MIRREN FAN SINCE 1970S LOVE THE COVERAGE OF THE SAINTS MORTON RIVALRY. I AM NOT SURE IF YOU DO AMATEUR FOOTBALL. BUT A BIG MATCH IS THE TWO TEAMS. AUCHILECH TALBOT AND ARTHURLIE. I REMEMBER THEY VERY VERY SMALL CROWDS. BUT AWESOME MATCHES TO WATCH. CHEERS YKB. L. S. D. NORTH BANK AGRO.

St Mirren but Morton have decent fan bass and only division below, that could change in the next decade, if society doesn't keep descending into insanity, it's a big if.

Its a shortened version of "Crapper Loo". Back in the days of horse and cart this was where the carts full of horse manure were brought and dumped for the horses working the docks nearby,, hence the name Carts Dyke ( the closest train station) being the wall over where the carts dumped off their "contents" that led to the place getting the nickname Crapper Loo.

@@jackwatson7943 I'm sure it does for a a couple of thousand down Greenock way although its been more of a hell than heaven for the last 40 years.. Heaven for us at the moment is the European version of the B & Q cup or whatever its called nowadays. Last time St Mirren qualified for Europe in 1987 Morton were promoted. I'm sure that would be good to see again.

Cappielow is heaven for Ton fans

Last time Morton were top of the Premier league was around Xmas 1979. Unbelievable as it seems both teams were in the hunt for the title up until the last few months. St Mirren ended up 3rd but Morton fell away somewhat.
