Not that it was offensively loud, but I'm always amazed at the number of people who decide it would be fun to talk a babe-in-arms on a dark, noisy, or otherwise scary ride. If you want to start a family, then pick calm, pleasant places for your outings and vacations when your kid's still an infant.
