I guess I'm the outlier here, but to me these seem fine. I'd appreciate the denser texture and lack of sweetness. The only thing that would be missing for me is some sort of crunch.

Nothing new and different for us Brits...It's a traditional biscuit cake...It was one of Our Blessed Queen Elizabeth's favorite for tea.Its been around forever ❤

Thanks to Courtney for sending these for the review. It’s a shame they weren’t as sweet as we’d all hoped they’d be. Still, a good opportunity for us to have seen a product made from a Turkish recipe. I had never heard of a mosaic cake before.

At first glance I thought they were those ice cream bars with cookie crumbs on the outside which also tend to be disappointingly soggy . I think it's a great idea and a gorgeous presentation but sometimes reality doesn't align with expectations .
