I really appreciate the little mental health talk Mossboss. As a dude, it was really difficult for me to reach out for help because that's not what guys do. We have the mentality of "nobody cares that life sucks" and that's not true. Help is out there if you'll seek it. I did and I'm getting better every day. My uncle didn't and he took his own life a year ago. Keep your head up, ask for help, and remember that you are loved and things will get better. I'm rooting for all of ya!

That simply is not acceptable and will lead to extremes that are out of our control. There is help out there. Swallow your pride and do what is best for you and your tribe... Many fail to do so thanks to our programming... I'm sorry to hear of your Uncle's early passing but I'm glad to know you went against the grain and got help. That's awesome! Keep on keeping on. 😎

Going through what I have has opened my eyes to an extent that I can see the struggles folks carry on their shoulders and i see it as my job to reach out and offer a helping hand or at minimum a kind word. If everyone would put pride, politics, and prejudice aside and be kind, maybe folks wouldn't be ashamed to ask. Regardless, I'll do what I can to help.
