Moscow, 1941 - Brian Balmages - "EisenRidge" Middle School Band Virtual Concert Series #5

To promote self-directed learning and music making during the coronavirus outbreak, the band directors at Desert Ridge and Eisenhower Middle Schools in Albuquerque have piloted a "virtual band" concert series.
Students, family members, and teachers recorded themselves using the Smartmusic app and submitted video of themselves playing the piece. We were fortunate to be joined by members of the music department faculty at the University of New Mexico, private teachers, local band directors, teachers, and former students to bring you this community performance. The directors compiled the video/audio to give the students and families the opportunity to watch the virtual concert at home. We hope you enjoy!
