Only the coward and unrealible western powers like to blackmail and imposed a self defeating and unrealistic restrictions and limitations on the usage of their supplied weapons to their friendly countries in their efford to defend their freedom and soverignty against foreign aggression. These western powers should learn from Iran and North Korea where they imposed zero limitations and restrictions on the use of their weapons by the Russian.
