Mr. Moser, I have been teaching university cello students for over 30 years and I am always fascinated by what other performer/teachers have to say about our repertoire. I find your KZbin mini-masterclasses very inspiring. You speak to your students with respect, clarity, warmth and modest good humor. Your observations and suggestions are wonderfully to the point and very helpful - even to someone who has played and taught the piece for many years. Thank you for using your quarantine time wisely and Bravo!

Mr. Moser, Yes, I was I was in the orchestra for the Saint-Saens and you were excellent. We could have had you for a masterclass but for some reason on our end it didn’t happen. Our loss. That first guy has a cello that doesn't fit him. He has so much skill, but I feel that he is held back by the quality of his cello. He is so good

Yep, very nice - you have only had 200 years + to work it out, in the end it is a concerto and if the rest of the orchestra don't get it you are lost.
