I first watched this movie in 1995 when it first came out. I was in college then at 42 years old getting my degree in Theology, I took my Bible and followed everything that happened in the movie I looked it up in the Bible and this movie was very accurate.

Hi Hardly accurate! Jethro had 7 daughters! And he went back to Egypt with Zipporah and at least ONE of his two sons! And he only fled Egypt when two of his fellow Hebrews challenged him about the Egyptian he killed! And when he returned to his people they look like all they are is a small village NOT TWO MILLION that the Egyptians feared because of their numbers being greater than they!😮 And Moses’ snake ATE the magician’s snake!

Especially since when I would menstruate my blood came out black, thick and clotted like clay/putty. I even rode on planes without getting up for almost 3 hours, my legs would cramp but I never keeled over and died of an embolism. My blood must have morphed for me to survive and not clot in my heart.

You all missed the point. This question trubled me for 20 years and than i realised. Moses spent his entire life in service to god. He was the only prophet who knew god face to face. And after 40 years of wandering in the desert because of those ungrateful sobs i think Jahve just wanted him to rest in his mercy. He said God is calling me home. He wasnt afraid. He was happy that he completed his mission. There is no grave, no body was found, because Lord took him home

Moses in not in heaven. Jesus stated: "Among men born to women, there is none greater than John [The Baptist], yet the least of the angels are greater than he is." This also means that not Enoch, not anyone prior to Jesus' death by the Romans and Jews, went to heaven. Some Bibles added heaven in Hebrews 11:5 intentionally but erroneously. Jesus was with God from the beginning of the universe because he was Gods first creation, which is why he with full confidence say that about John. All ancient faithful servants of God are waiting for the resurrection after Armageddon. God is a God of the living, too, so all those who have passed away, from Abel to Moses to John, can be said to be alive because they are in Gods memory waiting the resurrection.

There are texts outside of the canon that suggest that Jesus descended into hell after physical death to claim the righteous and lead them to Paradise. The pharaoh was not Ramses III, but Amenhotep II. And the calf situation was portayed incorrectly, perhaps under calvinistic influence here - they did not build it to honour YHWH, they build to honour IT as a god in itself. the ark of the covenant is also an object made of gold, but it truly is made to honour YHWH and He uses it as His throne, the same goes with the Tabernacle. Both of it, by the way, having images of things under the water and above the skies(cherubim).

Isaiah 2:2-4; Daniel 12:7-10; Acts 15:14-18. There is no religion but one who are united world wide and, it is not Their doing but, it is GODS word that is because it must be fulfilled. Is Gods will, his prophesies, that is being done. You can all hate or dislike Gods true people, but in the end, as The Great Tribulation approaches, it wont matter. You all still have time to look deeply into a mirror, and ask and beg of God, Jehovah, to give you strength to turn to Him and let go of the world, of false teachings, beg of him to fill you with humility and a clear conscience. I think the most important thing to him and I may be mistaken, but he wants fisherman of his kingdom.
