Our grandchildren will consider themselves lucky if they get to see the ICC as it is exactly proposed. Us and our children should ignore as it won't be built in our lifetime

1100 sft carpet Punawale me 1cr me available to uss hisab se Moshi ke rate jyada ho gaye. Waha IT nhi hai so itne jyada rates viable nahi hai. Also, International Convention Center will be a hit only when it gets connectivity to Airport. Usually such convention centers are built nearby to Airports so that it can be accessible. No real traction in this locality. I think areas like Wagholi-Manjari-Avhalwadi and Mhalunge-Tathawade-Punawale will get more traction in future due to commercial activity and connectivity to Ring Road. South Pune will get traction only when Purandar airport comes to reality.

I live near serum institute,and it's an old society (built in 1984) but quality of construction is so good that even till this date we aren't able to drill a hole in the walls easily. It's a 1 Bhk flat of 630 sq ft and it's surprising to see that even the 3 bhk flat nowadays have a minimum built up area of just 690sq ft😮

@@nitinfasale9344 COEP college is only for PHD holder category & internal guest house build up for there facilities & for court is a secondary options for resolve cases, it's not primary court where people's daily comes..so for two things why flat rate increase?

No! i.e. not saleable area. "Total carpet" includes RERA carpet, dry balcony, and terraces & balcony. This is the practice followed by builders when showcasing the area to customers during site visits. Our aim is to ensure clarity and make it easier for buyers to comprehend the available space. Sir mai ek middle class family se belong karta hoo. Ek khudka Flat lena chahta hoo. Meri job Hinjewadi Location me hai. But mai kuchh achha location search kar raha hoo rahne ke liye jise aane wale samay uski demand bhi achhi ho. Traveling ka koi issue nahi sirf rahne ke mutabik future appreciation aaye usse. Jab jarurat pade tab chahe rent pr bhi aasani se jaye or income bhi achhi ho sake. Waisa koi area ho to please suggest kare 🙏 Kisine muze Kharadi Eon IT park ke yaha suggest kiya tha location. To kisine Mahalunge suggest kiya. Mai confused hoo konsa location better hai 🤔

Its worth considering metro connectivity. Travelling towards city and other IT parks will be easier for you. Provided builder offers good quality construction. Try to negotiate little bit. If you get it in 1.2-1.25 with good construction quality, grab it.
