Im irish so It is very hard to get a gun and if you do its either something in 22lr or shotgun or hunting rifle but you need to have a land 3 references and be in a gun club

Yes indeed. I've been following gun laws in the UK for some time and it seems that only the wealthy and well connected are allowed to own a firearm. It's not much better with knives from what I understand. It's a clear case of the Golden Rule: He who has the gold, makes the rules....

Red Scorpion 6 well in ireland the gun a knive laws are quit similar to the uk BUT WE ARE NOT UK but getting knives in ireland Is easy and you cant buy any knive under 12 inches but it is completely illegal to carry it without due cause so if your a fisherman you can have a large fillet knife or a hunter you can carry a knife so the laws are very vague but with guns its only really people with land (such as farmers) or ex soldiers and all these laws stem from the british occupation that we had for about 800 years until 1921 when the lives of brave irish men and women liberated us but the north of ireland is still under control but all the laws where made with british and then to try and prevent I.R.A but ireland has many oppressive laws
