KUDOS🎉 to LMES for their quality content as always I am a practicing physician and I see a lot of people asking for natural alternatives ,Citronella incense sticks pooja incense sticks so just wanted to post this here 1.) Smoke in any form is not advisable to be inhaled as it is prone to cause allergic reactions in the respiratory tract due to the presence of mast cell receptors So all repellents that use smoke can cause these effects be it natural or artificial 2) Inadequate ventilation is the primary issue for most of the adverse effects of these repellents So ensure good ventilation always if you use any vapour/smoke based repellent 3) In terms of prioritising your health Mosquito nets are the best > Topical repellants > Vapourisers > Branded smoke repellents > unregulated local incense sticks/Citronella sticks PS : Good night matt also works by vapourising Citronella oil is found to be very less effective than other commercial repellents in research

in this video LMES only talks about products which is safe to use for mosquito problems only during sleep, it is not a solution for this. what about mosquito which is biting us outside sleeping hours. for example mosquito net only works during sleeping and fixing nets on windows and doors doesn't help to completely wipe out mosquitos which is already inside the house. mosquitos can procreate in large number in tight spaces. it can lay eggs in thousands inside our house itself how to deal with that problem ?

I am chemistry teacher formely worked as QC Chemist at godrej.... TFT is used as domestic insecticide.... A small misconception... We were using deodourised kersone ( No smell). the purpose of adding perfume jus give fragrance and working of the voupriser.....
