There are plenty of reasons to get VR. Resi 7, Until Dawn: Rush of Blood, Superhot VR, Megaton Rainfall, Sprint Vector, Knockout League, Rec Room, Doom VFR, Skyrim VR, PixelJunk VR Dead Hungry, Raw Data, Farpoint, Happy Drummer, Pop-Up Pilgrims, The Invisible Hours, Light Tracer, DWVR, Sparc, Archangel, Arizona Sunshine, StarBlood Arena, Mortal Blitz, Star Trek: Bridge Crew, Werewolves Within, Eagle Flight, Thumper, Windlands, Job Simulator, Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes, RIGS, The Playroom VR, etc. Then you have stuff like The Persistance, Star Child, Moss, Bravo Team, Atomic Heart, Golem, Ace Combat 7, Blood & Truth, Dreams, Wipeout Omega Collection VR update, Redout VR update, Transference, etc coming.

I will say this..... I originally bought PSVR because I "wanted to have an arcade experience in my house where I wouldn't have to keep playing", you know, the kind of experience you only really could get in an arcade, stuff like sniping games and stuff, stuff that involved more than just a joystick and 4-5 buttons like most arcade games and that usually run a bit higher. However the moment I started playing VR, it was amazing, vastly better than I thought. It's true when people say that you need to try VR to really get how amazing it is, but here are some basic things: 1) Depth perception is great, you really get a sense of presence in the game, I don't know how they do it but it feels like a truly 3 dimensional space like the real world, not just you with a screen to your face. 2) The sense of scale to further the point earlier is amazing, I was genuinely wowed when I looked up at the mountains around the first town in the beginning of skyrim, along with the scale of the other characters. Of course skyrim isn't realistic in their chcaracter design, but it's something to look over at an npc and realize that they are literally the same size as you and that you feel like an actual person 3) You can physically move around within the limits of the playstation camera (comes with psvr), what does this mean? It means if someone shoots an arrow at you, you can quickly swing your body to make yourself a smaller target from an archer and the arrow will fly by, you can duck your head under cover, you can carefully peak around a corner in a game where you have to be stealth, etc. 3b) If you get 2 playstation move controllers (and I HIGHLY suggest you do), it feels amazing. I don't think aim controller is really needed anytime soon after you get your psvr and is a "maybe" down the line, but move controllers yeah. They can be used to replicate hands in the game world, replicate swords, replicate pistols, etc. To go off of hiding around a corner or behind cover ducking your head down, you can physically rise your hand that has a gun over the cover and blind fire while slowly peaking your head around to avoid getting hit but see enemies. Move controllers can be used to grab stuff with the back button to open and close your hand and so forth so you lift something up, then throw it at an opponent or something. I love it all but using a bow in VR is pretty damn fun. 4) While not required, VR is actually a lot more social than you think, it has a lot of solitary experiences with amazing immersion, however it also has a lot of games to play with others, be it a handful of couch co op games to play with one person using vr and one using regular controller, or tons of online. One game that I like in particular is Rec Room, it's a free game where there is a main hub and you can go play against other players or with in different kinds of games from frisby golf to a game where you draw things and people have to guess to paintball to stuff where you team up pve style against goblin like things and so forth with stuff like shields, swords, bow and arrows, etc. There is also a healthy amount of single player. Overall VR is great, I only have PSVR with a base PS4 and I'm sold, I might get a vr headset for my rx480 eventually but I'm not rushed, PSVR has a lot of great exclusives now and upcoming and I'd consider the jump into VR as big as 2d to 3d. It's honestly next level and while I want traditional games too, VR is going to be part of the future. Oh and you can do theatre mode if you wanted, which has a giant screen for non vr games and it's surrounded by black and you can change the size of it. Make sure you get the new PSVR model that came with the skyrim bundle though, it's a convenience thing and has a lighter cord and stuff and the headphone jack is much closer and there isn't any hdr plugthrough issue.

I pre-ordered the game a long time ago and can't wait to play it! I played the demo (PSVR Demo Disc 2) and it was fantastic! The best game to play in VR right now, it feels so real and loved all the elements in it!

This game looks so gorgeous. I tried the earlier demo at PAX West and it pretty much charmed me to bits. I also cannot get over how much that library looks like the Suzzallo (the main library at the University of Washington) and it's messing with my head. :)

This game looks amazing! I really like the perspective you take on - for once you're the magical beast of the story. Although I feel that controlling Quill as well may break the immersion somewhat? Only time will tell. I was sceptical about the title, but this could finally be the title that kicks VR off as being a more mainstream thing. Still a bit pricey though, but I'd get VR for this definitely! Will be keeping my eye on this one!

hi I have an error in the PS4 slim (CE-35116-6).when Im looking for solution for this error in internet the only solution and complete different to the error I got is for ps2 and ps3 only .So I wander if you got any solution or I wander this error is like the other error (CE-34878-0) this is an error in the hard disc of the Ps4 and the only solution for this error is get a new hard disc to replace the other one cos is the only solution .Off course Sony said format the ps4 to sorted the problem but after a while the error appear again. thanks and I hope you have some suggestion

Wtf everywhere I read "ps" "best PS games" hello it isn't only for ps or Sony? You can buy it at steam and play it with an vr over your computer. This game reminds me of Brothers - a tale of two sons. Where you move two characters at the same time, both need the other brother for help, no moving forward if they're alone. That game was from 2013 and I bet they (from moss) used Brothers as a inspiration.

Zachary Stone hi yea I can take a few hours / days to get used to it when playing don't play at warm temperature of heating and have water ect to drink I just use a bottle with built in straw play you tube videos in psvr just to let your brain get used to it then ease yourself in to games I found drive club and windlands were killers of vr sickness but everyone to there own

I think so. Just be aware that you probably will feel sick when playing most games available. I didn't with the moss demo, but I've spent a fair few hours in vr now so probably getting my 'vr legs'. If I had tried the demo of moss before I got psvr, I think I would have bought it on the spot... magical!

kraenk12 good point. Don't get me wrong as I love vr... I find it frustrating how sick I get. I do think s lot of the issue for me is the stink of the light shield itself makes me feel sick... maybe I got a dodgy one?

PSVR is absolutely fine with glasses. Motion sickness depends on the person and/or the game you're playing and the time you spend playing it. Walking around makes me feel ill after 20mins or so, and any longer than a couple of hours in any game makes me feel tired and heavy. Games like this where you are stationary, or spaceships/flying I'm fine with. Depends on the person though so you'll need to try it!

Devin West Be wary of using glasses. PSVR is advertised as being compatible with glasses, but that's not quite true. My glasses left big scratches down the centre of my lenses, can't get them replaced. They'll work, but you can't get the full view, if you want to be fully immersed, you'll need to remove your glasses to avoid damage
