Time to make pudding pies and potato soup with all that milk ! One of My freezer died last summer but I caught it in time and put my food in the neighbors freezer and went and got a new one .😢 Vinegar works great for the smell and I keep an open box of baking soda in my freezer all the time . ❤️🌟❤️

Oh, I lost a whole freezer full of food when my extra refrigerator broke last year. That is some of the worst smell when food goes bad. But I have a new fridge which is great. ❤️🙂 I might make some Black Beans this weekend, they sound good.

My grandma, God rest her soul, told me damp news papers in a smell fridge or freezer will redo the issue. I have done it for years in our rental homes when tenants don’t properly clean. Falon, next time (hopefully not in the near future) this happens, try this trick! Love you guys!

In a case like the freezer, I coat the bottom with a sprinkling of baking soda, add a few drops of dish soap, then pour some vinegar over it & let us fizz then scrub it out.

We had an older deep freezer go out one time but thank goodness it was in our garage that’s not attached to the house. We had killed a beef and we lost a lot of it. Maybe it got unplugged when you all were working on the dryer? We love the Pioneer Woman sloppy joes the best. Groceries are just so high. Trying to find budget meals. 😊❤

I love when you read to your kids. I cared for my first two grandsons starting at newborn and began “ reading “ to them by showing them pudgy-paged books. By 4-6 months of age, they would quietly stare and listen; help turn the pages, find things in the pictures. Soon they would bring me books and climb up on my lap, wanting a story. During Covid, we were separated and it broke my heart, so I began to face-time every night when they were ready for bed. It was so special for me to have that time, being separated from them. They have learned so much at their young ages and continue to do so at age 4 and 6. I hope they never stop asking their Nana to read to them🥰. I have watched Manly and Sissy learn and grow to love books and reading, and love to listen to the bed time stories too.
