I live in Washington state now but I am from the South. People here have not heard of pimento cheese. 2 of my daughter in laws have never eaten pimento cheese & wouldn’t try it when I made it for a family get together. Along with pimento cheese sandwiches sometimes my grandmother served pimento cheese stuffed celery as an appetizer for a holiday supper.

The pimento cheese and tortilla chips looked so good. I make my pimento cheese pretty much the same way. It’s a Paula Deen recipe. Sometimes I use the whipped or soft cream cheese in the tub and it’s a little easier to work with.

Yum! I love pimento cheese. I’ll have to try that! My kids just adored the Little Critter books. You’ll have to ask Sissy and Manny if they look for the spider and the mouse on each page. That was something my kids and grandkids always loved to do was find them on each page. They are always kind of hidden. Love your family!
