One POT Slow Cooker Spaghetti Casserole | NO Precooking the meat! | Southern Autumn Homemaking

With Autumn finally officially here I'm working on my decorating skills! They still need LOTS of work! 😆😂 Hey family!! In today's video we're blowing leaves, putting pumpkins in a crate, and making slow cooker Spaghetti Casserole!
Slow Cooker Spaghetti Casserole
Ingredients:
2-3 lbs ground beef lean
1/2 yellow onion chopped
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
16 oz spaghetti pasta broken into thirds, not cooked
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Place ground beef (not cooked) in the slow cooker with all other ingredients except the spaghetti noodles and cheese.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
Remove the lid and break apart the beef with a meat chopper or large spoon.
Stir in the spaghetti pieces.
Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes.
Spread the mozzarella cheese on top. Cover and let it melt.

Fill the bottom of the crate with styrofoam, sticks, or a shoe box. Then cover with fabric and add the pumpkins on top. This will raise everything up without having to buy more things to fill it up.

Hi Falon, Your pumpkin and autumn leaves box looks beautiful and the kitchen towel was the right added touch. The porch has the best festive look n add the fire pit. I’d want to be sitting in one of your rocking chairs too. 😊😊 The spaghetti casserole looks delicious and so easy. You get to do a few extra things without worrying about cooking. Happy Thursday my sweet family & everyone. It's almost Friday. You did an awesome job on your crate with your pumpkins . It's so cute. Tomorrow the 29th is going to be a very 😢 day for me please keep me in your prayers. It's my beautiful moma s death anniversary of 31yrs. Gosh, I miss her something terrible. Looks very good- Fallon on your basket of pumpkins I use something in bottom to take up space like pine cones or anything really like a torn up box,or tree limbs with leaves then put on your pumpkins and decorations,even rocks in bottom…. Your crockpot speggti looks delicious…❤️🙏🏻

Hi Moss family, I love the decorations! In the box you need to prop up the pumpkins. I would put some hay on the bottom, maybe a piece of wood so you can see the pumpkins. The rotten one should be at the bottom and the orange, white should be at top. Drape the leaves in and out of the box. I watch you everyday! You are the sweetest family ever. I grew up with a big family and I would never change a thing. God bless all of you!

Pumpkins looked good! You could always get an empty box and set in the crate and put your material over the box and then some of your pumpkins will have some height 🥰

Miss Moss, we LOVE this too. I've made it where you place another can of crescent rolls on top of the cream cheese/sausage mixture, sprinkle with 2 cups of cheese and pour egg mixture (5 eggs, 1 1/2 cups milk, salt and pepper) over that and bake. SUPER YUMMY!!! Even my picky eater loves it. Love your vids!!!

I think the crate and pumpkins turned out cute! We grew those flat white pumpkin. We got 6 off the vine the other day. I'm proud as punch of those pumpkins 😃 The casserole looked great, I'd try it!
