With Autumn finally officially here I'm working on my decorating skills! They still need LOTS of work! 😆😂 Hey family!! In today's video we're blowing leaves, putting pumpkins in a crate, and making slow cooker Spaghetti Casserole!
Slow Cooker Spaghetti Casserole
Ingredients:
2-3 lbs ground beef lean
1/2 yellow onion chopped
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
16 oz spaghetti pasta broken into thirds, not cooked
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Place ground beef (not cooked) in the slow cooker with all other ingredients except the spaghetti noodles and cheese.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
Remove the lid and break apart the beef with a meat chopper or large spoon.
Stir in the spaghetti pieces.
Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes.
Spread the mozzarella cheese on top. Cover and let it melt.
