I used to have two ducks when I was very young. Loved them. I used to come home from school then open my arms so they run to me and I could hug them. I will never forget their smell. Great video.

I'm a city guy, but I love to observe animals behavior. It's hypnotic, funny and relaxing. There is so much to learn from all the creatures around us, but with a human sense of superiority, we never pay attention and miss this wonderful learning experience. I have a little tale to tell. I happen to tell my mother about your Indian duck video, the one where they are grown and you have one sitting on your knee, on the day it was released. My mother said, and this is purely coincidental, that my sister was having some Runners. My sister for various reasons couldn't keep them so they came to live with me on the floor of my well sized aviary. They hatched at the end of May. I am now able to pick them up and feed them by hand. Just as you said once past duckling phase they become like dogs. I have two drakes. At the moment they only have a paddling pool to swim / bath in; water changed every morning, 10 buckets out, 10 buckets in! We are having a new garden wall next spring, this was already in the planning stage, and the ducks are getting their own 'plumbed in pond' as part of the project. I just found it amusing that I saw your video one day with no plans to get any of my own and then within the space of a week I had two of my own. All the best.

In Wexford, I've been planting some hybrid poplars, supposedly the fastest growing on the planet. Pencil thin 2" cuttings have now gone to 14' good solid trees in just 18months. I'd be very happy to send you some cuttings if you'd like. PS.. You definitely got life sorted. Bravo.

I love Everything duckiness 🦆🦆🦆... Very entertaining.... We had a smallholding when I was growing up... We had two pet ducks Donald (very original) @Bernard.... One day, one of them broke his leg my Dad put a wooden splint on his leg this duck walked round like that for weeks eventually when we took the splint off... his leg had heald so... there you go if anything should happen... know that you can doctor them with primative means..... I wish you a lot of luck with your life l think you are amazing and I love listening to you 💕

When I first saw your video about your Indian Runner ducks, I was transformed. My three are Huey, Duey and Louie (gender as yet undetermined). I raised them indoors (yes they are messy, and quick) until the weather warmed up. They have been living in one of my greenhouses until my friend builds their permanent home which is based on your design. Thank you! I have six chickens but I have to say the ducks are my favorite. They do not destroy the garden like the chickens do. Blessings and thank you. I really appreciated this cute video. P.S. I have purchased vegetables from the farm where you apprenticed, about 5 miles from my homestead.

I went to a vineyard that uses these runner ducks as natural pest control. The also do something called the duck run or parade! I vlogged it because it is a truly unique experience. I loved watching this. I love all sorts of animals

That was so delightful. The music so apt. Fun to watch. Ducks can be so intelligent. I had some once .i would feed them each morning. They would be standing on the grass waiting. If I was a bit late, Brownie would hop onto the terrace and tap his beak on the glass door to wake me. I have heaps of good memories about my ducks. Yours are very beautiful.

This video is going to make me 😭. I miss my Indian runner ducks so bad. But I had to get rid of them to go onto the next chapter in my families life. And God gave me a wonderful home for them to go to. Some older woman that has 50 acres and a 7 acre pond. So I thank Him for that because it really meant the world to me.

I have loved your videos, but this I think is my favourite so far, I can see why nugget is your favourite, is it me or does it seem to move in time to the music 😂 best bits are the slugs and nuggets reaction at the end, I thought they were all coming back at one point and as for the pellets on the tub, I’m sure a contract for a percussion section can’t be far off.
