Hello @Reality Business Talks. The 2 deck 4 tray does 30 loaves per round. If we use an estimate of 4 kgs of flour produces 15 loaves, thus 8kgs of flour would be needed to produce 30 loaves at a go. The 3 deck 6 tray would require 12kgs of flour to produce a round of 45 loaves in one round.
