MOST Affordable and Lightweight Portable Solar Panel Stand

I have not found anywhere else I can get an affordable solar panel stand that is easy to set up, take down, travel with and use in a moments notice. I finally figured out what seems to be the easiest way to set up flexible solar panels to make the maximum amount of power from the sun.
No need to spend $500 anymore to get a stand for five 100w solar panels. This only costs about $160, way cheaper!
Here is exactly what I used:

Stringing a bungee cord across the center would be an easy fix to straighten out panels.

Corrugated plastic to fit each panel would keep them from bending - almost no weight.

That's totally do-able too. My issue is that the panels are 3ft 6inches and the slotted angle pieces only come in 1ft lengths so building it out of scratch would require heavy duty tools like a chop saw to cut the slotted angle pieces and MANY people that are looking to use this setup don't have that equipment. The aluminum angle pieces are the exact length needed so that's why I went that route.

So I ordered this today but there are some items that need an update and here they are: 1. AOPRIE 30 Pack Bungee Balls, Black Ball Bungee Heavy Duty Heavyweight 4 inches Tarp Bungee Cords, Weather Resistant Tie Down Strap 4mm Thickness - for Camping, Tents, Cargo, Holding Wire and Hoses. (these are uv protected) 2. POWERTEC QNB3010-P2 5-Star Stud Knob, 1/4"-20, 2" Long, 10 PK x2 (unfortunately no where in the details does it say the star knobs are uv protected) and all of this came up to 303.18 I went with the 72 in and not the 60 in bars because i have 8 panels I hope this helps anyone looking to do this as well. It's recommended to have at least 500w in panels to charge in a day. It really depends on your power usage each day as well as cloud cover. I recommend having 1000w in panels but that is hard to do in a van.

The BnD are the same as the Flexx 100. They were available with the Titan kits.

Have you made a PVC version so it would lighter for use in an RV (weight is always an issue)?

I have made a PVC version. You can see it in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/i3LVkoiQnL-jq5o&t It works pretty well but I noticed during the summer months went I want the panel lower to the ground the doesn't hold up well since it's PVC it slips. The way to fix that would be a piece of paracord or something connecting the leg to the frame behind the panel or something like that. I find this stand to be a lot easier.

You could just bolt a 1x2 piece of wood to support the middle of this panels or even nylon rope tied in place of the 1x2....
