The place is nice but not for that price point. The company def held out on sq footage for that price, closet space & the mismatched cabinets was a really bad choice. It’s not innovative at all. If it were cheaper it would be fine because everything is updated but not for $1500.

@@KadeishaJanay It’s still a bit much imo. I just found a 1b1b last week that is 5 min away from this place for $1395 with more sq ft, garden tub & all. I think they’re taxing a bit.

If it was further out yes definitely overpriced. The mid rises across the street are way more so I get why the prices are already up there
