The locomotive is a steam tractor and it wasn't built in 1905. It is only a few years old. It was made from original blue prints because of the few that were originally made, none exist now. The guy and his team made the steam tractor true to size and originality down to every detail.

At 10:21 you wanted an explanation. so there is a guy ( you can see his sandals and toes by the beginning) standing on the top frame which its base (a L shape) has its lowest point hanging from the top of the bottom frame (backwards r shape) and balancing. So really the only chain needed for him to keep his weight on, is the center chain, all the other 4 chains are there to make sure he does not fall to the side.

@@fixitallpaul4847 I really really want to thank you for your advice. I have always had a love for writing and have written many great pieces in my life so I do know how to write. And when I was much younger I worked for a PhD on the campus of University of Kentucky and had experience helping her as she wrote Grant letters and in fact got a two million-dollar Grant from the military! And throughout my life a 53 years now, I never once considered doing something as you suggested. But after reading what you suggested and then especially your last sentence where you said "Do it", I felt almost as if it was some kind of hint from God himself utilizing you as a tool in my life to get me going forward. I'm not joking it sounded like the best advice I never never would have thought of!! Once again thank you because I think I will in fact look into doing as you mentioned and if down the road I find that life has took a turn for the better because of it I will know who to thank. Even if it doesn't work out for me it's still a great great idea and I believe the effort alone will yield positive results. The triple wood splitter wouldn't work nearly as easily as they portray. You'd have to have pieces of wood with the exact same density, and their height and spacing would need to be set up pretty precise. It would be time consuming and likely inaccurate when you swing. Furthermore, there is no way to generate much swing power with such a configuration. It looks like a neat idea, but from the opinion of someone who has split a lot of wood, this is almost completely ineffective and not an improvement on the conventional method.

10:22 This is a simple application of physics, where the structure supports itself using itself. The middle chain supports the main structure and prevents it from falling down on itself. And the four outer chains keep it from falling sideways.

10:18 This table is a tensegrity table. The outer chains pull the UPPER part of the table down so the weight is hanging on the center chain that is dangling from LOWER part of the table. You adjust the stability by the tension of the chains.
